Hi all i recently been trying to find some way of displaying the size of folders in explorer details view. I did not want any sort of application installed for such a simple thing. With the help of someone over at MSFN i found the below .dll file which works great apart from the fact that it takes not notice of KB, MB & GB for example it will show
743Kb
237Mb
instead of the other way around. Is anyone aware of how to edit the below file to work the way it should, cheers.
Download it here
Edit a .dll file to display the folder size?

I don't know if this is the same thing or not, however on my system I enable the Status Bar in an Explorer window by clicking "View->Status Bar" then the immediate folder size is shown (not sub-directories) at the bottom of the open window. It also works in detailed view.

Not quite but thanks anyway Andavari, the below screen shot shows what the .dll that i got does you see it displays a folder size and works great. What you also see tho is that as i said it does not take into account kb, mb & gb when you arrange the folders by size it just puts the highest number first as in the pic 904kb is put above 619mb. So what i was hoping is that someone who knows what they are talking about maybe able to edit the file to display the sizes correctly.
