Well, its better if they take their time, and release a good, solid AV, than do it fast and release a very buggy and unstable release.

Wonder why they didn't test Panda's new Cloud AV. That one's been out for a while now, and it looks promising.

maybe Panda didn't meet requirements or unqualified candidate. more info here
