If I delete all cookies using the Firefox cookie delete function, will CCleaner prevent deletion of the cookies I have set up to save?

There are two lists, CCleaner will only delete the ones in the left hand list (assuming by 'set up to save' you mean you moved cookies into the right hand list.)

It is like someone saying "I feel unwell and had Syrup of Figs last night"
and passerby saying "Use some drain cleaner and you will feel different tomorrow"

Thank you for your reply.

Maybe I did not make my original question clear. I want to know if CCleaner will protect my saved cookies if I delete all cookies using the Firefox cookie delete function. CCleaner does not show any cookies on the cookies to delete side but Firefox shows a long list of cookies on my computer.
