any one experienced this before?

Just been asked on msn. windirstat and ccleaner both produce this error

all i know is he is on vista

any one offer any suggestions while i research this error

looks like he's not running the installer with elevated privilages (admin UAC issue)
ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION
DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF.
Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark)
ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
CCLEANER, RECUVA, DEFRAGGLER AND SPECCY DOCUMENTATION CAN BE FOUND AT www.piriform.com/docs

Resolved it in case people future search.

for some reason the destination folder where it was trying to install to wouldn't let it install so just changed the destination folder.
