What is the software called milnerajm?

Do they want you to use this?

The software is Corel Videostudio 12 ( I am having problems with the program dropping out) - I would prefer to use CCleaner as I have used this before. Corel are telling me to use the Microsoft cleaner

I understand that you prefer to use a program you know (ccleaner)

Are they giving you instructions such as these in the first post here?

It may be a good idea initially to follow the software manufacturers instruction and see if it works.

If not we can try plan B :)
