Does Firefox have Index.dat Files? If so, why does CCleaner not have an option to remove them? I did not see any options for Firefox? I did a clean sweep of all of my browsing, but not sure if I got everything under firefox?

Thanks

index.dat is a file for internet explorer and runs as long as windows is open. it stores redundent information such as URLs, search queries and recently opened files.

It's nothing to do with FF
