You may want to remove this one, or drag it to your desktop:

O4 - Global Startup: blueyonder Instant Support Tool.lnk = C:\Program Files\blueyonder IST\bin\matcli.exe

Sounds like junk to me, cause most people have problems with their net going down; so what good would that instant support be? :D

It got installed off the broadband CD i got from Blueyonder.

Yeah, my ISP did that too. I removed it cause I was like. Meh, never need that.

Why would you even use the install disc if it was for an ethernet modem?

Yeah I wouldnt remove anything else. I would turn of that stupid pop up blocker though. You use firefox dont you?
