Hello,
My computer has turned itself off and restarted three times and has no desk top. There is also a continuous pop-up from an explorer software telling me there are over 48 viruses on my computer, and asking me if I would like to continue unprotected or sign up. Do you have anything you can recommend for me that would help me fix this problem?
