WHEN I RUN CCLEANER IT GETS TO 7%, THEN LOCKS UP. I HAVE TRIED TO UNISTALL IT, IT WILL NOT EVEN UNISTALL. PLEASE HELP.
I RUN VISTA HOME PREMIUM, 32 BIT. THIS STARTED LAST WEEK. I HAVE CHANGED NOTHING ON THE COMPUTOR.

No need to post all it capital letters, it is considered as shouting anyway
Are all you virus and malware scans up to date and clean?
How are you trying to uninstall ccleaner, and what error message do you get when you try?

do you have wipe free space checked? are you running CCLEaner with admin privileges?
ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION
DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF.
Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark)
ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.

This morning I reinstalled ccleaner 2.25 over the old program and it worked. but only one time. then it locks up at 7% again. thanks for the help. Bill
