Startup problems

I dont know if this is a fault with CCleaner or maybe Windows 7, but i cannot disable Windows Sidebar in Startup.

When I try a message appears saying:

"Failed to enable/disable startup program:
Access is denied."



Also, when i try and delete the entry, nothing appears to happen. Ccleaner just says do you want to delete the entry, yes...and then nothing.

Have you followed the link instruction pictures on how to disable it?
