registry issue request help

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\{80b8c23c-16e0-4cd8-bbc3-cecec9a78b79}

I have the above that appears in my reg. clean. I can 'fix' the issue but
it comes right back? ... and will not be deleted inside the registry either.

can you email me with info on this .....bug? please
