Ccleaner is not picking up cookies from sites browsed in Firefox, but they show up in Firefox 3.5 just fine.

I have CC 2.2.5 installed

I have Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit.

Hi.

This issue has been reported, but developers haven't been able to reproduce it.

Can you please provide more details about the steps you are following?

Reproduce? I use Firefox...cookies enabled as shown in my screenshot
and ccleaner is not picking up the cookies. That's how basically.

Hi,

close Firefox and start CCleaner after it... should show you the cookies.

In former versions CCleaner showed the Cookies even if Firefox was open or not. Seems that they changed it or it is a bug :)

I have the same problem: http://forum.piriform.com/index.php?showto...view=getnewpost

Occasionally, after using Firefox there aren't any cookies in the "Cookies To Delete" window, simply because all the sites I've visited in that session are in fact places where I've "saved" the cookies for logon purposes.

These cookies do appear in Firefox but not in CCleaner. It does throw you at first when you see the other Firefox items listed but no cookies.

Worth checking as sometimes it's the obvious that escapes us. I can't replicate this cookies "not cleared" problem either.
