Protect files from cleaning Options

Good evening everybody.

In my Recent Documents (%USERPROFILE%\Recent) I have a file "Desktop.ini" that I modified to show a custom icon for the folder in my start menu.
The trouble comes when I run CCleaner (which cleans my recent too). Even if I added the files (.ini and the .ico) to the exclusion list, the program deletes them. I tried to add them directly in CCleaner's ini configuration file, but it doesn't work.
I have a portable build, version 2.25.1025.
