I suggest, that "Options -> Include" should have the possibility to add general junk files, without obligation to give full paths eg. :

*.tmp
*.tmp
*.chk
*.old
*.err
*.dmp
*.bak
*\Cookies\*.*
*\Temp\*.*
*\Temporary Internet Files\*.*
*\Recent\*.*
*\Backup\*.*
*\Backups\*.*
*\History\*.*
*\index.data
*\tmp\*.*
.....etc.
