I just deleted my thunderbird profile by accident.
Will this be recoverable by Recuva, I just ran a quick scan and it didn't find anything related to the profile that had been delete. The files were deleted by thunderbird. Its running a deep scan, but from reading the documentation I don't think it will be able to recover these files, is that correct. Thanks. |

Hi,
i fear you are right. As i know thunderbird just uses a couple of files to store its information. If thunderbird deletes something it just edits these files. So there is no file deleted just some lines in a file were erased. That's why i think there is very little chance to recover your profile. |
