I use Defraggler to defrag individual files. I usually skip past Vista's many "log" files which are likely to be rewritten in fragmented form almost as soon as I defrag them.

It would be helpful for the list of fragmented files to display the date that a file was written. Then I could ignore defragging the files that are rewritten several times each day.
