HELP!!!! I cannot and neither can [Microsoft] delete ccleaner temp file!!! How did this happen andhow do I delete? I do not use ccleaner and don't want to after all this trouble. It is impossible to reach anyone for help!!!

I think you're going to need to explain your problem a little better and more thoroughly. Exactly what temp file, OS, etc., would help.
