I recently lost some data on a corrupt drive. I removed the desiccant container and looked at the drive, and it appears to spin up and I can see the head sweeping across the drive like it is initializing okay so I think it is just a corrupted directory or file structure. When I do a scan, I get an unusual number of files, and a long time to recover them. Anyone else experience this?
