It will provide all the functionality required to create a winapp2 entree...

  • Being able to add new sections to CCleaner
  • Easy selection of files for detection list
  • Easy Drag & Drop functionality for both FILES and FOLDERS :)
  • Copy a registry key from Windows Registry Editor and Copy from Clipboard
  • Support for RECURSIVE DELETE and DELETE SELF
  • Support for Folder Location + File Type Masks ( eg : *.*, *.exe, *.jpg)

  • Watch Clipboard for changes and automatically add copied registry keys to the list
  • Delete entries with the DELETE button and edit entries with F2 button
  • Generate instantly a winapp2 entry!

  • Write to winapp2.ini, create a new winapp2.ini or copy to clipboard
  • Globalize function will convert the file paths to paths which can be identified in any system!

System requirements

Microsoft Windows XP, Vista or 7 (Not tested under Windows 7 though)
Microsoft Dot Net Framework 2.0 (Already installed on Vista)

DOWNLOAD THE ATTACHED FILE

Please report to me any bugs or if you are unsure about how to use the software please ask me! :)

INSTALLATION

Unzip and run the setup.exe

KNOWN ISSUES :unsure:
Only part of the registry key is copied from the registry editor! It is actually a fault of the regedit! :(

Works well on Win7.

Small suggestion : The installer is useless, simply having all files into a ZIP would be better IMO.

Looks and works great! Did you do this in VB, C# or...? Have you thought about either adding a wizard or a tabbed ui to move from one section to another? Might be easier for newer CC users.

Again, excellent work!

I'm incapable to unzip the file, it keeps saying it doesn't recognize the format of compression.

I use WinRAR, the latest version. This new file in the other hand I unzipped without problem and it seems to be working. Thanks!

This is good program but I was wondering if I could make a request? How easy would it be to turn this into a Portable application (I don't mean PortableApps.com) but whereby a .zip or an extraction process can be utilised with settings being saved in the Winapp2.ini Software directory and no RegKeys being created. I am not a coder with VB .NET but use other programming languages so I don't know how easy this would be to achieve.

Third and final edit:

made this with it

[~Eusing Free Registry Cleaner Backups]
LangSecRef=3024
DetectFile=C:\Program Files\Eusing Free Registry Cleaner\Regcleaner.exe
Default=False
FileKey1=C:\Program Files\Eusing Free Registry Cleaner\Backup|*.*|

seems to work just fine, and took a lot less time than it would have taken for me to write that out, so thanks! :)
