Block a .dll file from accessing the internet

Hey guys,

I have been trying to figure out how to block a .dll file from accessing the internet. I am using windows firewall and I have search the whole web but couldn't find an answer.

I would really appreciate your thought and reply.

Can you say which operating system you are using and what the .dll is.

Is it something that just started?

Also, you will need to know the program executable (.exe) file that's using that dll ... that's the entry you'll need to add to the firewall. How do you know you have a problem with this dll?
