I have been using ccleaner and it seems that my registy is not clean. My system is taking long to boot-up. Can anyone tell me how to fix this problem?

What makes you think you registry is ''not clean''?
Are you saying you installed ccleaner, used the registry part of it (issues) and now your computer boots slow?
Are all your virus/malware scans up to date?
