Fragmentation over 100 percent

I am curious how my computer's hard drive could be over 100% fragmented, the concept boggles me. I know it's probably due to be formatted, but I'm just curious why it would say it was over 100%?

Maybe filesize is used for 100% but on disk size is used for parts of this 100% ... this might lead to this value.
