I am searching a FREE program to remove files that we deleted from the recycle bin, does any here know a good one ?

Also, by deleting these files, will I save disk space ?

You don't need a program for this.
Once they are deleted from the recycle bin they are marked as deleted, (even though they are still present on the hard disk), ready to be overwritten by whatever program you use next.

Once deleted from the recycle bin, that space is freely available again.
