I am running CCleaner on a virtual Windows XP environment (via VMWare Fusion on a MAC using 10.0.6 aka Snow Leopard). Until recently, CCleaner has performed quckly and as intended. However, recently, and I don't know why, the CLEANER function via both the Windows and Application tabs, is sluggish and takes as long as 20 - 30 minutes to complete.
Can anyone suggest what may be happening and how to get the speed back up. I used to be able to perform these two functions in as little as a minute or so.
