Does anyone know why you would have less free space after running Defraggler than you did before you defragged? I am using Vista Home Basic, IE7, 34bit. This looks like it defeats the purpose of defragging.

No. Sounds strange. Please run CCleaner or some other cleaner and then a quick defrag with Defraggler. Should be a matter of minutes. Still same result?

ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION
DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF.
Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark)
ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
