Installing last version

When I try to download layest version I get the following message

Error opening file for writing

Can anyone help me?

Are you downloading Defraggler or using Run? Try to download the file. I always download then install and it always works.

Bye the way where are you finding Defraggler to install?;)

I am trying to download the update from the Defraggler site. All is well until I come to install the download then I get the above error message

Thats strange, I always use FileHippo for all Piriform apps. ;)

Which browser are you using to download?

Try a different one if you can.

Also you have the install file on your desktop are you able to boot into safe mode and install it ?

Always download from Filehippo, never a problem (also have Ccleaner) Version 1.13.155 just wont update for me! Considering uninsatlling and finding an alternative

Which browser did you use to download.... Internet Explorer 7 or 8 or Firefox?

So am I and I never have a problem from FileHippo.

While you are on FileHippo I would suggest you download or Run Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 1.41 and do a full scan. ;)
