Hello, this is my first post. Downloaded Ccleaner and used sucessfully. Then downloaded Defraggler and after installing it and attempting to use, I get the prompt 'Building file list failed' in the status window of the user interface and the program stops. I re-downloaded the software and the same thing happened. Any help?? Thanks...Steve

Can you tell us which operating system you are using?


Also perhaps try running it in debug mode and attaching the log here in a post.
