Netbook infected with 20-10 spyware. Help please Help installing CC

As a technical novice being a pensioner ! bare with me. My small advent netbook became infected with the 20-10 spyware? virus whilst in the usa.I do hace cc cleaner installed on my main pc.
Whats the best way to insall it on my infected netbook which does not have a cd drive.
Should I copy it to a flash drive -what size- from my main pc,then install it on the netbook and then run it
The problem being is that the virus on the netbook keepsclosing my internet connection down
