Can't Defrag External NTFS Drive

I have been using Defraggler for quite a while now... and just today it won't let me defrag my one drive. Both internal HD's work, but the external will not go. It won't even analyze.
I'll attach the log file from debug mode, hopefully somebody can tel me what to do?

It fixed itself, just unplugged/replugged the hard drive. Thanks anyway.
