Drive: Super talent 8GB USB Key with a NTFS partition.
What I did: I deleted a folder containing ~10 files and, after doing this, I never wrote any new data on the USB key (so, nothing has been overwritten and no data got lost... I hope).
Problem: Recuva doesn't see a deleted file in that folder. It was a big file (~1 GB), hidden and without extension. It was a TrueCrypt dynamic container, that I used for private documents at work. It was not in use whe I deleted the folder.
Thank you in advance for any suggestion!

Try using Recuva with the option Deep Scan enabled. If this fails, try going to http://www.handyrecovery.com/ and using the freeware they have, version 1 to see if it can see it.
The versions 3 & 4 are lots more powerful but require $$$ payment.
