You dont have any malware. Delete these entries though:

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {5A5B6916-ED71-4531-8018-E792DD44156E} - (no file)

O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {BA52B914-B692-46c4-B683-905236F6F655} - (no file)

Those are your default pages. Like what shows up when you first start up IE. If you know what that page is than its perfectly safe. If you would like you can delete them and then just reset you home page to what you want.
Is Tiscali the name of your internet provider? If it is than those entries are fine(those are the causes of the logo replacing microsofts). I suggest you switch to firefox as well.

I didnt delete your avatar. Did you have an animated avatar? If you did than TwistedMetal might have done it because we decided not to allow them. Not because we were being jerks but because a certain member had almost a full scene of a movie as an avatar and it made the forum load very slow. So we decided to outlaw them.

Not anymore.
Actually I dont notice things like that hardly ever. But I did get mad about that avatar that was way too big. So we edited the rules.
