I love ccleaner, thanks Piriform!
I'd like to use ccleaner to clean random *.tmp and thumbs.db and .DS_Store files from my drives (currently, I rely on another program <gasp!> to do this). It seems this should be fairly easy by making custom entries in a winsys.ini file.
But, the lack of this [seemingly obvious] feature, as well as no custom winsys.ini file, gives me pause as to why it's not included. Is there something I should know, before I do this?
(I've cleaned several hundred megabytes off of users computers before, from all the invisible word temp files that Word leaves behind).

If you search the forums you'll see that it's been brought up before for CC to clean by filemasks especially thumbs.db, and even a random post about those .DS_Store files from other systems. I wish it could myself as I could dump another cleaner I use that never gets updated anymore.
Long story short, it isn't easy to implement for us end users using add-ons like winapp2.ini for instance, etc., so you may actually be stuck using that other app to remove them.
