ccleaner helped me get rid of it but now i have another problem that has occured from that i think my pc runs fine for a few min then it freezes up for a couple seconds and then runs fine can anyone help with problem

ccleaner helped you get rid of the virus? How it do that? It has not capabilities to detect virus/malware etc.
I doubt it would of deleted it, since the chances are it was in memory.
TBH i would suggest doing more scans for a possible virus.
Are there any unusual entrys in msconfig? (start - run - msconfig - and look in startup?)
download malwarebytes and scan.
I suggest you post in spyware hell and give more infomation, piriforms forums only allow there own team to deal with these issues so i wont comment any more
