custom temp folder not cleaned and small suggestion

Hi,

I've been using CCleaner for a long time, thanks for a wonderful proggie! I'm now taking the time to report a bug and post a suggestion.

I have set a custom temp folder for both my account and system by setting the %TEMP% env variable to something else that the one starting with %USERPROFILE%. CCleaner doesn't seem to clean it unfortunately

It would also be great if you could add an option so that we can set a minimum period to delete custom files and folder, e.g. only if the files are at least 48 hours old.
