I am a bit carefull of using the Cleaner Settings - Applications tab features. I do not know if it deletes the programs or just cleans some temporary files etc.
If someone could advise me about the use of this option, I would be gratefull as the on-line help doesn't explain much.

assume that you installed CCleaner to the default location, browse to:
C:\Program Files\CCleaner

there are 3 *.ini files
- winapp.ini (applications tab)
- winreg.ini (issues tab)
- winsys.ini (windows tab)

these files contain what each checkbox will clean for the tabs...

Good Question, malaprop.
The UI is threatening, to say the least:- CruditiesCleaner, Cleaner Settings, Applications-Tab, [Application-Name].
What would that imply to anyone who first looks at it?

It looks to me as though it's saying that CC will 'clean' the application from the computer.

A bit more thought in the UI design - AND HELP - is required.
Otherwise the app looks quite good. Polish it up and I'll send some money. :)

It wouldn't be a very popular program if it removed all the programs would it. If you're confused have a read of the beginners guide HERE
