I've never used the program you linked to therefore I can't make any comments about it, however there are now many copycat wannabes of CCleaner that have sprang up since 2004 after CCleaner's success. Then again that happens with any good product. ;)

I used it once and it reminds about WIPE which cleaned my FF bookmarks too. :(

Used it if you're really know what you're doing. ;)
