Advanced Clean unintaller files?

I found almost 200 megs of files - partial list below - Is they safe to remove - under any circumstance would I need these files

The log files are safe to remove.

However seeing this "C:\WINDOWS\$NtUninstallKB890046$" must mean you have enabled in Advanced this: Hotfix Uninstallers

Hotfix Uninstallers should only ever be removed if you don't need to uninstall any Hotfixes and rollback the system to a previous state. If you have Hotfix Uninstallers enabled there's no way you'll be able to uninstall any Hotfix that might give you issues.
Complexity of incoherent design.
