I just installed CCleaner and now in some apps my right click button wont work. Why and how can I fix it?

Can you give some more info please.
Which operating system are you using?
Which apps in particular are affected?
Are you just doing an ordinary clean or are you doing a registry clean as well?
If doing the registry clean (issues) are you choosing to save the backup when offered the choice?
