i thought i got rid of the spyware/viruses...i did everything that i could do but i think i may have accidentally deleted a file and now i do not have sound/keyboard is not working/my laptop battery icon is missing, so can someone please help me

i did try to follow the steps since not being able to type made things complicated and i sat and figured out what was wrong with it...basically i had a code 37 error on a couple of hardware...so i just did a system restore and everything is working...so this is a close thread
