Here's my suggestion for the applications: add an option to also include clearing your Dropbox cache and SABnzbd cache.

These aren't necessary for normal use, google it yourself.

This can clear up some serious amount HDD space. (In my case it was 3GB dropbox cache and 2GB+ SABnzbd cache)
(btw your current Dropbox files on the HDD won't get deleted)
