Ok I tested this several times. But it seems that whenever I run Ccleaner it deletes my saved game files for the games I downloaded from Big Fish Games. I am unsure how to tell Ccleaner not to do that. Any help would be appreciated on resolving this matter.

For the majority who know nothing of Big Fish you will have to specify the names and locations of these files.

If you do not know that information then launch CCleaner and
1. Do NOT clean the registry
2. Analyze the files and examine the list of files to be deleted, and with any luck you will see your games

Then come back and tell us.

Or just to add to Alan's advice. use ccleaner (not registry bit) and then set up and run your big fish game. Close the internet and open ccleaner options>cookies.

You may see the big game cookies listed in the delete column, if so move them over to the keep column by highlighting them and using the middle-of-the-page arrow to send them across
