If you read in full you will see where to go and what to do. It's very basic and straightforward.

You have to get the admin to let you install programs. I can tell you the bad entries in your log but you need to run certain programs to clean them. Tell who ever owns that pc that you cant fix it if you cant download programs.

Tell them that by letting me help its saving you a couple hundered bucks. That usually changes their mind. :)

yes well problem is is that i have got sites in my favorites lists that are adult web sites. i have ABSOLUTLEY NEVER gone to these web sites and they will not go away i have deleted them off of my favorites list and deleted them out of my recycle bin.
I am the only one who has acsess to my XP account and the admin. is never on the admin account. If he see's these sites on there ( TRUST ME HE WILL NOT BELEIVE THAT I NEVER WENT TO THEM ) i could be diving into a whole lotta touble that i never caused. there is no explaining with this man is there anything that can completely erase all that i dont care if the rest of my favorites are deleted.
