Vista 64bit curious question

Does CCleaner support 64 bit (and all its new nooks and crannies)? I was looking to see if things like the start menu shortcuts would cleanup and that got me to pondering the split personality that happens with the 64 bit systems right now - 64 bit folders and old 32 bit folders.
