I need to free up space but i don't want to mess up my computer by deleting important files. Can anyone tell what i can safely remove?

It's best to just run the cleaner bit to start with. That should clean you quite a bit up.
Leave the registry clean (issues) alone until you are sure of what you are doing.
However in case you are tempted to do an registry clean, accept the offer of backing up copies of what reg entries you clean in case of problems.
Also consider using something like ERUNT to backup the registry... it's a precious place

Okay thanks for the link. I read all of the explanations of each "tick" of the cleaner section of the program. If I clean "Wipe Free Space" it only removes previously deleted things, etc. and wont harm my computer right?

Well i started it just to see how much it would remove. It said it would remove 59 000 Mb, so i'm thinking my computer would go faster if i did do it right?

Wipe Free Space won't give you any extra space on your drives. It's purpose is to overwrite the already designated "Free Space" to make sensitive/personal information difficult or impossible to recover.
To gain extra space, you will need to find stuff you no longer require, such as 3rd party software you have installed, or stuff in your "My Documents" folders you no longer need.
Just don't start removing Windows software without asking advice first.
Edit: You can always make a list of programs you no longer use or want, and post them here. You can then get specific advice on whether said programs are safe to remove or not.

Wiping free space has no effect on speed or disk capacity. It is a security measure which overwrites disk free space to prevent recovery of deleted files.
EDIT: Dennis beat me to it. BTW, if you have almost 59 GB of free space, why worry?
