Not recognize 2DVD drives after CC V.2.22.968 run

I installed and ran CCleaner version 2.22.968 2 days ago.. Afterwards Windows XP not recognize two DVD drives on my machine.

I was able to fix it by going to Microsoft.com and running a fix - but I'm afraid to run this version of CCleaner again.
Anyway to revert back to an older version?
