Cookies located in C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Cookies\Low folder not detected

Tracking cookies in "C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Cookies\Low" were not picked up by CCleaner.

System Info:
Dell D830 Laptop
Vista Business SP1 32 bit
IE 8
FireFox 3.5
CClener 2.22.968

I agree that's pretty much still there though I would describe it differently.

That's where IE8 running in Protected Mode puts its cookies.

CCleaner deletes cookies stored at that location but does not list cookies stored at that location in "Cookies to Delete", therefore cookies stored at that location cannot be put in "Cookies to Keep".
