Earlier this week when I launched Defraggler I was told about a new version ready for downloading.Repeated efforts over several days, from filehippo and other sites, have been in vain It has not downloaded. About an hour ago an e-mail from Piriform invited me to update CCleaner. Exactly the same result. The only option one gets is to save the file (or cancel) and the exe file is not being saved. I e-mailed them after the Defraggler episode but have not had a reply. Is anyone else having the same problem and/or have any solution. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have Windows XP pro. Many thanks

I.E -Page cannot be found. Firefox - same message. I have been using Firefox long before I had any Piriform products (which, incidentally, I think are super) I downloaded quite a large file- image editing software at the weekend with no problem. I was considering uninstalling CCleaner & Defraggler and downloading from scratch. If you think that's worth a shot I would back up on a flash drive first. I don't want to be without them while this is being sorted. Any chance of one of the techies helping us out?? Thank you for your help

I have just tested and all links are working so it's something at your end.

First are all your virus/malware scans up to date and clean?

Are you using a download accelerator? If so try without.

Perhaps cleaning your browser's cache may help.

Yes to your first question - scans every morning
No to your second
cache cleaned every morning.
I have had no problems with other downloads/links. Obviously that was the first thing I looked at.
When I find out what the problem is I'll let you know, if I may. It seems as if no one else has it at the moment but sooner or later.....
Thanks again
