Hy, I would suggest a couple more features:

-Add/remove should remove all of the uninstalled program's registry entries/directories/etc.
-Registry Cleaner should be more deeper, than it is now.

I know CCleaner is mostly a junk file cleaner, but with these features implemented, I wouldn't have to use 2-3 programs.
(like CCleaner + Revo Uninstaller + a proper registry cleaner).

Even installation monitoring software can't always remove 100% of all programs, although a modern freeware and regularly updated installation monitoring software from Piriform would be very nice as you've suggested.

The registry cleaner if made more aggressive would go into the territory of people having to know exactly what they're removing, and most I think wouldn't bother to track down what's listed and thus end up having some major issue. Aggressive registry cleaning just about always has false positives in the removal of perfectly valid registry data that shouldn't be messed with.
Complexity of incoherent design.
