Stuck in a 4gb A-Data USB stick. only 500mb used. Yet the program comes up as saying the defragging failed because the drive is full.

Don't defrag Flash you'll kill your drive tons faster if flash is fraged copy everything off of it and recopy it back on
ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION
DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF.
Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark)
ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
