Hellow all. I have a problem with C Cleaner with which I hope someone can help. Firstly I am very new to computers so I may be missing something obvious. Since downloading the latest version of C Cleaner, [version 2,21,940] I find that when I use it, the scan results on my security AVG disappear, this did not happen with previous versions of C Cleaner. Does anyone know how to prevent this happening? Any help would be much appreciated, please remember as I said I am new to computers so any instructions need to be in very simple terms.
Regards Geoff Peace.

1. Start CCleaner.
2. In the large Cleaner button click the Applications tab.
3. Scroll down until you see AVG listed, and untick it.
4. Close CCleaner.
5. Run a quick scan with AVG of any small sized folder to produce a log file.
6. Close AVG.
7. Start CCleaner and run the Cleaner.
8. Close CCleaner.
9. Start AVG to see if the log file is still present.
